Peri’s Nov 28th comments

From Peri on Nov 28th……so my thoughts on yesterday:

I  have to admit that I am really truly loving these days of silence~all the elements.  The sense of slight anxiety and irritation that seems to show up on Saturday night as I try to anticipate things that I might need to have communicated~the sense of having the whole day to really listen to myself when I awake in the morning~the odd moments where I actually answer my husbands question and then we both smile or find myself talking out loud to my cat telling her how special she is to me~and then the amazing way that everything just takes on momentary “intention”, whether eating, sitting, watching something or someone, etc…..it is also like an ultimate “boundary setting experience” for me, kind of like I truly have created space simply for myself to experience my life and I don’t have to answer to anyone else or conform to any particular way of being on this day.

SO, I am most thankful for these times of collective “grace”
